Small Condo Interior 45
Includes: 2 living room pictures, 1 dining room picture, 1 kitchen picture, 1-2 pictures of each bedroom, 1 picture of each deck, 1-2 pictures of view(s). Fee includes edits and uploads.
Large Condo Interior 55
Includes: 2 living room pictures, 1 dining room picture, 1 kitchen picture, 1-2 pictures of each bedroom, 1 picture of each deck, 1-2 pictures of view(s). Fee includes edits and uploads.
Condo Complex Exterior 25-35
(rates depend on size of complex and number of amenities to photograph)
Includes: 3-5 exterior pictures of the entire complex, 2-3 views of beach (if applicable) and/or amenities such as: grilling areas, pools, sports areas, games rooms and the like. Fee includes edits and uploads.
Small-Medium Home- Interior & Exterior 65
(under 2000 sq. ft.)
Includes: 2-3 living room pictures, 1-2 dining room picture, 1-2 kitchen pictures, 1-2 pictures of each bedroom, 1-2 pictures of each deck, 1-2 pictures of view(s), 1-2 pictures of any bonus/games rooms, 2-3 pictures of yard areas. Fee includes edits and uploads.

(2000 sq. ft. and over)
Includes: 3-4 living room pictures, 1-2 dining room pictures, 1-2 kitchen pictures, 2-3 pictures of each bedroom, 1-2 pictures of each deck (depending on size), 1-2 pictures of view(s), 1-2 pictures of any bonus/games rooms, 2-3 pictures of yard areas. Fee includes edits and uploads.
Rescheduling Fee 25
Fee applicable only if home is not ready to be photographed and Photographer needs to reschedule.
Travel Fee
NEW 2018 rate of 54.5 cents per mile (milage rate based from studio)
Up to 5 homes included in one trip (condos located in same complex that are photographed on same day will only count as one trip)
Image Rush Fee 25
Turnaround time for images is 48-72 hours. Anything less then 48 hours is subject to a image rush fee.
